Awesome service. Excellent quality & quantity to choose from. We had found what we wanted online. We wanted to see the item in the store. Fantastic service and great product range and prices. Moe was exceptionally helpful every step of the way, and gave practical, honest advice, rather than trying to upsell. I was really impressed with their flexibility (e.g. a pendant light wasn't in... stock, but I was offered the generous option of replacing it with a larger light, or having it ordered in; I was also unable to have two of the lights installed at my property and returning them for a refund was very simple). I made my first purchase at lighting Empire Labrador around 2016. Excellent service from Farhaan and his team along with great advice regarding products that suited my needs. Currently living in Mackay and still buying from Lighting Empire. Had an... issue with a fan control that is two years old. Contacted Farhaan and four days later a new fan control arrived to me here in Mackay with out charge. If your after high quality products with first class back up, this company can be trusted as proven over time due to how they dealt with a couple of minor issues over the years. After going at bunning and trying different bulbs for my "flashing" ceiling fan light and no results went to lighting empire and the first bulb they gave me it works like a champ. Excellent range of lighting solutions on display in a stunning, large showroom. Good thing they have seats because you might need a break looking through the extensive selection. Customer service was a pleasant surprise – they are knowledgeable,... honest, and friendly. I have been to a number of lighting stores from Fortitude Valley through to Logan areas, this store is a recent discovery and is now one of my favourites. A huge range from extremely cheap fans and lights to very expensive. I had a problem with the cheap fans but they sent a new remote and receiver to my house to replace the faulty one. Great service. Highly recommend retailer

Outstanding service from Jess!!!I purchased a certain product over the phone thinking I'm connected to a local store. I later realised that it was the Gold Coast shop, an hour drive away. Jess arranged - within 10 minutes or less - for the products... to be sent to Capalaba - at no extra charge, even though they had price matched another's store prices. In an age where customer service seems to be a dying art , it is refreshing to find a business that is prepared to take the time to find out what it is you need and suggest, not sell ,you a product that meets or exceeds what it is you require. Moe... and Shoyab helped us through the complex decisions making process of finding the right ceiling fans by asking questions and making suggestions. They also helped us get stock straight away from the manufacturers warehouse as we were not local and needed the fans ASAP as we had arranged an electrician to start work and if we didn’t have them to take away with us would have meant delays reorganising trades for the instal.
