- The product(s) are in original undamaged packaging, including all instruction manuals and accessories.
- The product(s) have not been installed, used or altered.
- The refund or exchange is valid within 30 days of invoice date or date of dispatch.
- The product(s) would need to be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Any cost associated with returning the goods would be at the consumers expense.
- Ex display clearance product (s)
- Custom made Product (s) i.e LED Strip Lighting, Specially Powder Coated & Custom Made Chandeliers.

Please note that any refund given would be less original postage/insurance costs. (In the event that your goods were shipped for free the actual postage amount would be deducted from the refund). In-Store Credit If you product is older than 30 days and you have changed your mind and would like return it. Lighting Empire is still here to help. Provided it meets the above conditions and the product has not been discontinued we may offer you a 12 month in store credit note. The issuing of this credit note will be at Lighting Empire's discretion.
