Excellent range of lighting solutions on display in a stunning, large showroom. Good thing they have seats because you might need a break looking through the extensive selection. Customer service was a pleasant surprise – they are knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I have been to a number of lighting stores from Fortitude Valley through to Logan areas, this store is a recent discovery and is now one of my favourites.

Spent so much time scrolling through all the lighting stores in the Brisbane area, Lighting Empire had the best range by far! The store in Underwood has gorgeous displays, and I found exactly the style I was looking for. Great prices and super friendly service.
Fantastic service and great product range and prices. Moe was exceptionally helpful every step of the way, and gave practical, honest advice, rather than trying to upsell. I was really impressed with their flexibility (e.g. a pendant light wasn't in stock, but I was offered the generous option of replacing it with a larger light, or having it ordered in; I was also unable to have two of the lights installed at my property and returning them for a refund was very simple). I highly recommend Lighting Empire and thank the team for their help.
I have bought 3 chandeliers from Lighting Empire and the last 2 were custom made ( I wanted a specific colour of crystals) . I am very happy with the service, They follow up until you have got your order and are happy with it and if there are minor errors they fix it, Very good experience and I will be buying more chandeliers from them :)
